Occupancy signal
The visible cues that indicate whether a property is currently lived in — mail, lighting, snow clearing, vehicles, grounds maintenance and bins.
Properties are generally selected for entry on visible cues rather than any knowledge of the owner. Managing these signals is among the most practical security measures available for a vacant property, and it costs very little.
