Property Drop-In
You do not need a monitoring plan. You need someone to go to the house on Thursday.
Not every property needs a subscription. Sometimes the requirement is simply that a person goes to the house, does four specific things, and sends photographs. A drop-in is that, booked by duration rather than by package.
You supply the list. Typical drop-ins combine a walk of the property with a handful of small tasks: bring the mail and parcels in, water the plants, put the bins out or bring them back, run water in unused fixtures, check the basement, adjust a thermostat, turn lights on or off, move something out of the weather, and photograph anything you asked about.
Drop-ins scale into a schedule without becoming a plan. Every Thursday for bin day, twice weekly while you are in Arizona, or once before a showing — the same visit, on repeat, with a report each time.

Can I book a single visit without signing up for anything?
Yes. A single visit is a legitimate thing to want and does not require a plan, a subscription or a commitment.
People book one-off visits for specific reasons all the time: check the house after a storm, let a contractor in, photograph something, water plants during a two-week trip, check that a garage door was actually closed.
If it turns out you want it regularly, a one-off can become a recurring schedule without starting over.
