Service
Can You Just…
Your request does not fit anybody's service list.
Most requests that reach a property-care company do not match a menu item. They start with "can you just" and end with something entirely reasonable that no website has a button for. Can you just check whether I left the garage door open. Can you just let the plumber in. Can you just send me a video of the backyard. Can you just move the patio cushions inside before the storm.
So the request box takes plain English. You describe what you need at the property; we come back with whether it is something an attendant can do, something that needs a licensed contractor, or something nobody should be doing — and what it would involve either way.
That third category is real and we would rather say it up front. Some requests get declined: work that requires a certified trade, anything above single-storey ladder height, anything involving another person's property or a dispute with a neighbour, and anything where the honest answer is that you need a professional rather than an attendant with good intentions.
Common questions
Can I book a single visit without signing up for anything?
Yes. A single visit is a legitimate thing to want and does not require a plan, a subscription or a commitment.
People book one-off visits for specific reasons all the time: check the house after a storm, let a contractor in, photograph something, water plants during a two-week trip, check that a garage door was actually closed.
If it turns out you want it regularly, a one-off can become a recurring schedule without starting over.
