Our planned partner standard
These are the requirements for joining the visit network. This preview describes the standard; it is not a claim that a live roster has already passed it.
Verify identity, check references and complete a consent-based background check appropriate to the role before assignment. A background check is one part of screening, not a guarantee of future conduct.
Confirm experience, relevant qualifications and insurance covering the specific tasks. Review pet-handling experience for pet care and use a suitable specialist for trade work.
Confirm who is attending, agree the checklist and access arrangements, and record arrival, departure, completed tasks and concerns. Any substitute must meet the same requirements and be confirmed with you.
The premium option
A licensed real estate professional can be requested for a property visit. Before confirming, the quote must identify their role, active licence, permitted scope and the insurance that applies to the work you are buying.
Fiduciary duties depend on the professional relationship and applicable law. Choosing this visit tier alone does not create real estate representation, property management or an inspection service. If you need representation, the appropriate brokerage relationship and agreement must be established separately.

Specialist services
A premium home visitor does not replace a plumber, electrician, inspector or certified radon professional. Cleaning and handyman work also need a provider suited to the actual task.
Specialists quote their own work. Coordination, attendance and any professional premium are identified separately before you agree.
