Do I pay to send an enquiry?
No. The enquiry and care planner do not take payment or reserve a visit. Availability, scope and price are confirmed before booking.
Can I combine services?
Yes. Tell us the tasks you want combined. We will confirm which can share a visit and which need a separate provider or attendance window.
What if something extra needs doing?
The agreed scope and authorisation limits govern the visit. Extra work or partner attendance requires your approval; a report does not authorise an open-ended repair bill.
