How this site is built
A meaningful share of the people reading this are managing a parent's house, an estate, or a property from another country — often not at their best. The site should not add friction.
What is in place
- Semantic HTML throughout, with a single main landmark and a skip link.
- Every page works without JavaScript. The navigation, the booking form and the request form are plain HTML.
- Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA in both light and dark appearance.
- Colour is never the only signal — issue severities carry text labels as well as colour.
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
- Form fields have real labels, not placeholder text standing in for them.
- Illustrations carry descriptive alternative text; decorative marks are hidden from assistive technology.
- Reduced-motion preferences are respected.
- Text reflows to 320px without horizontal scrolling; wide tables scroll within their own container.
- Light and dark appearance both supported, following your system setting, with a manual override.
- Pages are printable — the checklists in particular are designed to be printed and worked through on paper.
Known limits
This site has been built with accessibility in mind but has not yet been audited by a third party or tested with a full range of assistive technologies. That is a gap rather than a claim of compliance.

If something on this site is difficult or impossible to use, please say so — including what you were trying to do and what got in the way. It will be fixed.
