Why is the property empty?
It is the question that decides everything else. A house empty for a cruise and a house empty after a death need almost nothing in common.
Most vacant-property services describe what they do. That is rarely what somebody is actually searching for. People search for their own situation — going on a cruise, working a rotation, a parent moving into care — because the situation is what they are living in.
So these 48 pages are organised by circumstance rather than by service. Each one covers what is genuinely different about that situation: how long it lasts, how much notice there was, whether anyone can reach you, who else is involved, and which risk actually dominates.
They are not the same page with the noun swapped. A three-week holiday and a three-week rotation look identical on a calendar and need entirely different arrangements.
