Cleaning is performed by a suitable independent partner, subject to availability. Hazardous materials, mould remediation, pest treatment and specialist restoration need an appropriately qualified provider and separate scope.
Can you let the cleaners in while I’m away?
You can request access attendance alongside cleaning. The cleaning work and attendance are scoped separately, with the person entering, appointment window and securing of the property agreed before the visit.
