A handyman brief does not authorise regulated trade work or structural changes. Jobs needing a trade qualification, permit or specialist are scoped with the appropriate provider. A licensed real estate professional is not a substitute for a qualified tradesperson.
What if the job turns out to need a specialist?
The scope is reviewed before proceeding. If a different qualification or further work is needed, a separate recommendation and quote are discussed with you.
