The work is almost entirely logistical, and almost entirely on weekdays: cleaning, internet, deliveries, locks, utilities, inspection follow-ups, and getting the house habitable for an arrival date.
International relocations add a further layer — time zones, unfamiliarity with Alberta winters, and no frame of reference for what a Calgary property needs in January.
