Cleaning Coordination
A house that has been closed up for five months smells like it.
Cleaning shows up at three predictable moments in a vacancy: before a listing goes live, during a turnover between tenants, and immediately before an owner returns. In each case somebody has to let the cleaners in and somebody has to confirm the work was done.
Cleaning is arranged with a local provider, a representative attends for access where needed, and the result is verified and photographed on the next visit. For return preparation it is timed so the property is fresh on arrival rather than three weeks before.
Deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning and post-construction cleaning are all arranged the same way through appropriate providers.
Who performs this work
Alberta regulates this work, or it carries risk that belongs with an insured specialist. VacantHomes sources the provider, attends for access, verifies completion and records it against your property — but does not perform the work and does not warrant it.
