Property Errands
The job needs a small part from a hardware store and you are in a different province.
Small logistics stall an enormous number of property tasks. A filter is the wrong size. A key needs to get to a Realtor by four. A rented carpet cleaner has to go back. Someone has to take three boxes to a donation centre before the cleaners come.
Errands are billed as visit time plus errand time plus materials, with receipts attached to the job record so there is no ambiguity about what was spent. Purchases happen only against an authorisation you have given, either standing or per-task.
Anything involving keys or access is handled under the access rules rather than as a casual drop-off: custody is logged, handovers are recorded, and a key is never left somewhere unsecured.
