Photo & Information Requests
You do not need maintenance. You need to know something, and only a person standing in the house can tell you.
A surprising share of requests are purely informational. What is the model number on the furnace. How much snow is actually on the deck. Is the grass dead or dormant. Did the neighbour's tree come down on our side. What does the electrical panel look like. How wide is that doorway, because the sofa is being delivered Thursday.
These do not need a plan or a package. A representative attends, collects exactly what you asked for, and sends it back. It is the fastest, smallest version of the whole business, and for owners managing something remotely it is often the most useful.
Measurements are taken as approximate field measurements and reported as such. If a measurement matters enough that being out by a centimetre would cost you money — cabinetry, countertops, appliance fit in a tight alcove — it needs a professional measure, not a tape and a phone.
Common questions
Can I book a single visit without signing up for anything?
Yes. A single visit is a legitimate thing to want and does not require a plan, a subscription or a commitment.
People book one-off visits for specific reasons all the time: check the house after a storm, let a contractor in, photograph something, water plants during a two-week trip, check that a garage door was actually closed.
If it turns out you want it regularly, a one-off can become a recurring schedule without starting over.
