Vacant
In most insurance wording, a property whose occupants have moved out with no intention of returning, and which is largely empty of belongings.

Distinguished from "unoccupied", where the absence is temporary and belongings remain. Many policies restrict or exclude specific perils once a property is considered vacant beyond a defined period, commonly around thirty days.
Insurers word this differently. The definition in your own policy is the only one that governs your situation.
