Post-Vacancy Inspection
The house has been empty for eight months and it is about to have people living in it again.

A post-vacancy inspection by a qualified independent inspector assesses the property before it returns to occupancy. It is particularly worth doing for estate properties before listing or transfer, for investment properties before a tenant moves in, for homes returning after a long snowbird season, and for any property where the vacancy ran longer than planned.
